Assessment

It is essential to start this process by understanding where you are in your business practices. Starting with a survey of your company, your industry and its broader impacts on people and the environment, you will get a sense of your starting point. Based on observations, through research, interviews, and exercises together we will create your organization’s strategic sustainability plan.

Strategy

We will develop the right sustainability strategy for your company or project and align it with your current business plan. Elements that could be included are: Stakeholder review, market analysis, futuring, setting direction and action plans, measuring and reporting. All of this becomes integrated into the ethos of your business in order for it to operate under the principles of sustainability.

Project Management and Implementation

Identifying and planning initiatives, big or small:

Product or Service Initiatives: lifecycle analysis, use of alternative materials, alternative models of thinking, selling and value creation.

Supply Chain Initiatives: Mapping supply chain transparency & risk, implementing social or environmental programs, data collection and analysis, inspiring and engaging supply chain partners for radical change.

Communication Initiatives: Creating and strengthening your tribe for sustainability.
